A friend doesn't quite get it

I recently heard from a friend, who's an employee receiving our newsletters, that he doesn't fully comprehend how I help business owners and their businesses. And do I help employees, too? That was clearly a message to me. If one person doesn't quite get it, there are others in the same boat.

I don't get frustrated, now, knowing where ownership lies; knowing what is my responsibility and what isn't.
