In a nutshell, I help people:

How?
- By helping you get really clear on the life you'd prefer to be living through your business;
- By helping you get back in touch with why you ever got into business in the first place - rekindle your passion, relight the fire in your belly;
- By helping you get the FUN back into your business;
- By helping you live the lifestyle you dreamt of when you first dreamed of starting your business, or taking over the helm of the family business.
How?
- By helping you stay focused on your goals, despite the detours & road-blocks;
- By helping you say "yes" ... with increased confidence ... to opportunities that knock on your door;
- By helping you feel the thrill of uncertainty - rather than the fear of the unknown.
How?
- For some, through 1-on-1 private coaching by telephone or face-to-face or both
- For others, through group training & coaching programs, either by tele-seminar or face-to-face or both
- And for many, by working with their employees, as well, because in order for you to

The Business Envelope is what I help you stay focused on, first filling the holes and parging the cracks of the foundation to ensure great support as you fill the rooms and add more floors; i.e. strengthen/improve/grow your business.
I don't get frustrated, now, knowing where ownership lies; knowing what is my responsibility and what isn't. Do I only help business owners?
Our testimonials and Life Coaching page shows that for the few "employees" who see the value of investing in themselves, they, too, enjoy HUGE results! Like not only 4 pay increases in the 1st 3 months of her "dream job" but in an even newer position $18,000 in 18 months! Now how's that for an ROI?
What are your heart's desires?
How can I help you make the decision ... to turn your heart's desires into reality?
You have to do it ... but you can't do it alone.
