So, I've been following your 7 Simple Strategies for Success and taking MORE time off. I'm less stressed, rested, in a better mood and able to implement my business ideas -- like you said I would be. But ... now the business is FLOURISHING and I have NO time to have that FREE day in the work week that I LOVE so much!!

I was feeling anxious sitting on the fence on this decision. This session has given me a lot of clarity on moving forward with this big step that will definitely grow the business. I haven't had FUN in a long time and now with a taste of 4-day weeks I didn't want to give them up. Right now I'm the happiest I ever have been running my own business. The Company has never run so smoothly and I don't want to lose that. I can see now that I don't have to, just to grow the business. (Lynne told him: "You won't give up your Fridays, Gene. We're going forward from here; not backwards.")
Lynne's coaching has enabled us to make decisions more quickly and more clearly in the every day operations of PARALLEL ELECTRIC LTD. In order to focus on the bigger picture.
The company's more rounded now that we're working with you, Lynne, than it ever has been before.
I no longer feel guilty taking Fridays off and I might only get 1 call every other Friday from the guys. (We're focusing on reducing those calls, even.)
We're doing so well this year. We have been able to take time off to be with our family more and enjoy more activities together.
The Company has never run so smoothly. It was like it was running out of control before; like a vehicle going down the road with the wheels falling off.
I never wanted to do anything away from the business before, I'd gotten so out-of-touch with having FUN. This summer I've attended more classic car shows than ever before. And this winter I know I'm going to finally work on the classic I have in my garage.
While considering joining the T-C BS Gene remarked more than once: "That's a lot of money." Funny thing is, though, that like all of MLJ CI's clients, they've already recuperated the full investment time-and-again. After only 4 months their project profits are higher than last year's.
