Do you take ENOUGH vacations?
I recommend that you take AT LEAST 4 vacations a year ...
- a 1 week vacation 3 times a year, and
- a 4 week vacation 1 time a year
WHY?
And how do you get your employees to buy into this, when they don't get all that vacation time?
