What kind of GOOD NEWS can bring you to tears?

In a T-C BS tele-conference the other day one client shared with us that despite the challenges they're working their way through, the changes they're making are already paying off. She was able to attend her young daughter's field trip after all! Good news!

GREAT NEWS, however, was the rest of that story. Daddy was also en route to their daughter's field trip! All 3 of them in the vehicle, on the conference call.

What brought me almost to tears was listening to this father tell us that this was HIS FIRST field trip ever and this is their 4th child. Is he any less busy today? Heck, no! He's not just growing the business, but he's filling the holes and parging the cracks in their business' foundation, thanks to daring to invest in themselves and their business through the Trade-Contractors' Business Strategies Training program.

The obstacle was quickly identified, they left home early, stopped at the office to remove the obstacle and off they went ... attending our tele-conference en route to their daughter's field trip. As much as I despise the control many surrender to their cell phones, they are very useful tools -- much like a hammer, drill, screwdriver, nail gun, etc..
